Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FairyRing's AI consulting services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

FairyRing provides AI technology consulting services including but not limited to:

• AI-driven event planning solutions
• AI-powered operations optimization
• Strategic AI implementation consulting
• AI data analytics and reporting
• AI training and support services
• Lead generation services through various advertising channels

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Lead Generation Services

Payment for lead generation services is based on qualified leads delivered according to the pricing structure outlined on our pricing page. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date.

3.2 Consulting Services

Consulting services are billed according to the agreed-upon project scope or hourly rate. Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements.

3.3 Late Payments

Late payments may be subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month on any outstanding balance.

4. Service Delivery and Performance

FairyRing will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver services according to agreed timelines and specifications. However, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from our AI consulting services.

4.1 Lead Quality Standards

For lead generation services, qualified leads are defined as contacts who have expressed genuine interest in your services and meet the criteria established in your service agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Timely payment of invoices
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintaining confidentiality of any proprietary information shared by FairyRing

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in FairyRing's methodologies, software, and proprietary processes remain the exclusive property of FairyRing. Clients retain ownership of their data and any custom solutions developed specifically for their use.

7. Confidentiality

FairyRing agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all client information and data. We will not disclose, use, or share client information except as necessary to provide services or as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

FairyRing's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim. In no event shall FairyRing be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

FairyRing reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
